Medicine Management with Psychotherapy
A psychiatric medication management session with supportive counseling is a 30-minute follow-up appointment where we work together to monitor how well your prescribed medications are supporting your mental health. During these sessions, we’ll assess for any side effects, discuss your progress, and make any necessary adjustments to optimize your treatment. These check-ins are an important part of ensuring that your care remains safe, effective, and aligned with your evolving needs.
